Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.
Description
AptoGrip is a high quality grip with precision adjustment for standard needles. Reference marks on the tube and a fixed length position of the tip makes it easy to setup with equal length for every setup. The needle protrusion is done by turning the adjustment nut on the grip that is easily accessible while working. AptoGrip wont twist in relation to the machine to prevent unwilling adjustment and gives a solid feeling. Aluminum AptoGrips are made from 7075 grade " Aircraft quality " Aluminum and Stainless Steels. B-cycle steam autoclavable @ 134deg C.
Includes one AptoGrip Stainless 22mm and one Allen key for tightening the tip.
* Do NOT use hot air autoclave and do NOT use alkaline or acid cleaning agents with strong bases (high or low pH).
Doing so will damage the grips and warranty will be void.
