Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

The Needlebar Retainer Assembly (part no. 44) is the needle bar retention assembly for the InkMachines Dragonfly rotary machine, the critical component that ensures precise and stable fixing of the needle bar within the machine's drive mechanism. This micro-engineered assembly controls the needle bar position relative to the rotary cam, completely eliminating the need for traditional rubber bands and offering perfect repeatability from session to session. The InkMachines retention system works through controlled mechanical pressure — a threaded mechanism applies calibrated force on the needle bar, locking it axially without restricting the vertical movement required for needle stroke. This balance between firm fixing and freedom of movement is essential for optimal machine performance: too much pressure blocks movement and over-stresses the motor, too little allows lateral vibrations that degrade line quality. Manufactured from premium materials to InkMachines standards — precision metal alloy with wear-resistant surface treatment — the assembly maintains consistent clamping properties across thousands of mounting-dismounting cycles. The original InkMachines part guarantees exact dimensional tolerances, perfect compatibility with standard needle bars, and optimal function of the Dragonfly drive system. Signs of wear include: needle bar showing lateral play, loss of clamping pressure, difficulty maintaining fixing during long sessions. Periodic checking and preventive replacement are recommended to prevent unexpected interruptions during work.
