Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Description
The InkMachines Alu Bearing Rod (part no. 71-B) is the original aluminum bearing rod for InkMachines rotary machines, a precision component within the drive mechanism ensuring smooth and frictionless guidance of the needle bar's linear motion. This part combines an aerospace aluminum alloy rod with an integrated bearing, creating an element that significantly reduces friction in the system converting the cam's rotary motion into the alternating linear motion needed for skin penetration. Aluminum was chosen by InkMachines for three engineering reasons: reduced weight (contributing to maintaining low overall machine weight), excellent strength-to-weight ratio (supporting dynamic forces without deformation), and natural anti-galling properties in contact with other metals. The integrated bearing allows free rod movement without the sliding friction that would stress the motor and generate heat and noise. As a drive system part subjected to repetitive dynamic loads at high frequencies, the alu bearing rod wears over time: the bearing develops play, the sliding surface becomes grooved, or alignment is lost. Signs of wear include: increased mechanical noise, needle stroke inconsistency, and abnormal vibrations perceptible in the grip. Replacement at the first signs of bearing play or surface wear is recommended. The original InkMachines part (no. 71-B) guarantees dimensional and functional compatibility with the entire drive assembly. The original InkMachines part (no. 71-B) is the only one guaranteeing exact dimensional compatibility with the machine's drive mechanism. Manufacturing tolerances and integrated bearing quality are impossible to replicate with artisanal or generic parts.
