Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.
Description
The Inner Piston Spring Stingray STD InkMachines (part no. 78) is the original internal piston spring for the InkMachines Stingray machine in standard configuration (STD — for traditional needles), the elastic component providing the return force needed to bring the needle bar back to the retracted position after each penetration cycle. This precision spring functions as the functional equivalent of the rubber band on traditional coil machines, but with major advantages: perfect return force consistency throughout the entire session (unlike a rubber band that degrades progressively), adjustability through the spring stop screw (part no. 77), and superior durability. The elastic rate (spring constant) of the STD inner piston spring is calibrated by InkMachines for use with traditional needles (non-cartridges) on the Stingray machine — providing the optimal balance between needle retraction speed, hand pressure sensitivity, and working comfort. It differs from the inner piston spring for cartridges (part no. 79) in elastic rate — the standard needle configuration requires a different return force due to the different attachment mechanism and different mass of the needle-needle bar assembly. Signs of wear: loss of tension (needle bar does not fully retract), inconsistent return force, or visible coil deformation. Replacement should occur whenever reduced retraction performance is observed. The return force consistency provided by the original STD inner piston spring is superior to any generic alternative. The InkMachines precision spring maintains the same elastic rate across tens of thousands of operating cycles, providing the tattoo artist total predictability of machine behavior session after session — a critical advantage for consistent professional work quality.
