Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The InkMachines Spring Lid Including Screw nr. 95 is the original spring cover with included screw designed for InkMachines rotary machines, ensuring the fixation and protection of the needle bar return spring inside the machine body. This component has a dual functional role: the lid covers the chamber where the return spring is mounted, maintaining it at correct compression, while the dedicated screw secures the assembly precisely on the machine body, preventing accidental loosening under vibrations. The return spring is the element that brings the needle bar back to the retracted position after each penetration cycle — without adequate retention provided by the spring lid, the spring loses its calibration and the machine operates unpredictably. Manufactured from high-quality metal alloy with anodized or chrome finish, the InkMachines spring lid is designed for resistance to corrosion, mechanical wear, and chemical cleaning agents specific to the tattoo environment. The included screw is stainless steel with a precision thread, calibrated to provide correct tightness without over-stressing the lid or machine body material. The design allows quick mounting and dismounting for service operations — spring replacement, internal cleaning, or return tension adjustment.
