Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Klintensiv pre-impregnated wet disinfectant wipes for surfaces, ready to use, designed for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, instruments, and medical devices. Wipe-on application, no additional equipment required, no rinsing; reduced risk of cross-contamination thanks to controlled dosing. Pack of 80 wipes.

Instructions for Use
Use as is (undiluted), on clean or soiled surfaces. Apply by wiping with the impregnated wipes, ensuring a uniform liquid film on the surface.
Step-by-Step Application
- Open the pack and pull out one impregnated wipe.
- Wipe the target surface to form a continuous liquid film.
- Indicative consumption: 2 wipes/m², depending on the level of soiling and surface texture.
- Medical instruments/equipment (e.g. ECG electrodes, stethoscope, ultrasound probes, monitoring bracelets, examination tables): cover entirely with a liquid film; contact time 5–60 min depending on the disinfection level required.
- High level (HLD): ensure 60 min contact time for sporicidal, mycobactericidal, and tuberculocidal spectrum.
- Rinsing: not required.

- High-traffic areas and contact points (handles, tables, countertops, external equipment).
