Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Instructions:
Clean skin area thoroughly with an alcohol prep or swab. Be certain to dry the area completely.
Carefully mark the cleaned skin area. Allow skin markings to dry.
Prep normally over marked site. Markings will remain permanent.
The Sterile Single-Use Surgical Marker is a medical-grade skin marking instrument, individually sterilized and packaged in a hermetic blister, designed for drawing guide lines and reference points on skin with the precision and safety required by invasive procedures. Unlike regular skin markers, the surgical marker is sterile upon package opening — a critical factor in tattooing and piercing where marking is done on disinfected skin immediately before the procedure, and any non-sterile instrument could introduce pathogens to the work area. The ink is formulated per medical standards: clearly visible on all skin types, resistant to disinfectants and fluids, biocompatible, and non-toxic. The marker tip produces visible precision lines that exactly guide the artist's work. Each marker is individually sterilized (usually with ethylene oxide or gamma radiation), packaged in a blister with a sterilization indicator confirming integrity. It is strictly single-use — after the procedure, it is discarded as medical waste. In tattooing, the surgical marker is used for: pre-drawing contours on prepared skin (after disinfection), marking reference points for symmetry, completing the transferred stencil, and noting relevant information on skin (work direction). In piercing, it is essential for precise marking of entry and exit points on disinfected skin.
