Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The set contains 5 metal screws, they are used to stop the unscrewing of the contact screw.
The 5-Piece Metal Binding Post Screw Set contains the specific fastening elements for mounting binding posts on the coil tattoo machine frame. These screws connect the binding post to the machine body, simultaneously establishing the mechanical fixing and electrical contact needed for transmitting current from the power supply through the electromagnetic coils. The quality of these screws directly influences the electrical connection reliability and, consequently, the consistency of machine operation. Worn, oxidized, or thread-damaged screws cause: intermittent electrical contact (machine stutters), increased electrical resistance at the contact point (heat generation, power loss), difficulty keeping the post tight (loosens under vibrations), and risk of complete contact loss during sessions. Manufactured from brass, copper, or steel with conductive protective coating (nickel, zinc, or chrome), the screws ensure both excellent electrical conductivity at the contact point and the mechanical strength needed for firm tightening. Threading is calibrated for standard holes in conventional tattoo machine frames. The 5-piece set provides enough parts for equipping 2-3 machines (each needs 2 binding post screws) with additional spare parts. These affordable consumables can instantly resolve frustrating machine electrical problems — often a simple worn binding post screw is the cause of erratic operation that appears to be a major defect.
