Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Inkmachines Part No. 117 — Counter Weight Assy is the original counterweight assembly for the Scorpion X1 machine, the precision component that dynamically balances the machine's rotary mechanism to minimize vibrations during operation. The counterweight compensates for the eccentric mass of the cam and needle bar, creating a balanced assembly that rotates with minimal vibrations — similar to the crankshaft balancing principle in an internal combustion engine. Without a correctly calibrated counterweight, the Scorpion's rotary mechanism would generate significant vibrations at high RPMs (up to 130 strokes per second), transmitted to the artist's hand and the needle in skin. These vibrations compromise line precision, prematurely fatigue the hand, and reduce client comfort. The assembly includes the calibrated counterweight and fixing elements on the motor shaft. Weight and positioning are mathematically calculated for optimal balancing of the specific Scorpion X1 configuration. The part should be replaced if it shows deformation, visible wear, or if the machine has developed abnormal vibrations without another identifiable cause. The 28.00EUR price reflects the calibration precision required. Compatible with Scorpion X1.
