Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

The InkMachines Clipcord Binding Posts (part no. 47) are the original connection terminals for the clipcord cable of InkMachines Dragonfly rotary machines, the essential electrical components that ensure reliable current transfer from the power supply to the machine motor. These precision binding posts are specifically designed for the InkMachines electrical architecture, guaranteeing perfect electrical contact with the clipcord connector and minimal resistance to current flow — a critical aspect for consistent motor performance and operating speed consistency. Manufactured from high-quality conductive material with oxidation and corrosion-resistant plating, the binding posts maintain optimal electrical conductivity across thousands of connection-disconnection cycles. The mechanical design includes a clamping system that ensures firm clipcord contact, preventing accidental disconnections and current fluctuations that can cause motor speed variations during sessions. Worn or oxidized terminals can generate additional electrical resistance, resulting in power losses, excessive connection heating, irregular motor operation, or even intermittent power interruptions. Signs of wear include: discolored or oxidized contact surface, weak clipcord contact even at maximum tightening, terminal heating during operation, or motor speed fluctuations not caused by the power supply. The original InkMachines part (no. 47) guarantees perfect electrical and mechanical compatibility with the Dragonfly machine.
