Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

The Dragonfly Screw Kit InkMachines (part no. 50) is the complete set of original screws for the InkMachines Dragonfly rotary machine, containing 8 essential pieces in the exact dimensions needed for machine assembly and maintenance: 1x M3*3, 1x M2*6, 3x M2*2, 2x M2*5, and 1x M2*10. This kit represents the complete assortment of metric screws used in the Dragonfly machine construction, each dimension corresponding to a specific function in the mechanical assembly — from housing and internal component fixing to motor and drive mechanism mounting. All screws are manufactured to original InkMachines specifications from quality steel with surface treatment resistant to corrosion and mechanical wear. The precision metric dimensions (M2 and M3) are calibrated with exact tolerances to fit the machine threads without play or excessive force. Using generic screws with different tolerances can cause: damaged machine threads, insufficient tightening leading to vibrations, or excessive tightening that can crack aluminum components. The kit is indispensable for service operations, parts replacement, or complete reassembly after deep cleaning. We recommend keeping a complete spare kit in your studio — losing a single M2 screw during disassembly can block machine reassembly. Screws should be replaced whenever they show worn threads, deformed heads (damaged hex/Allen), or no longer maintain firm tightness. The quality of material and surface treatment of original screws is crucial for protecting the anodized aluminum threads of the Dragonfly machine. Non-original screws may have excessive hardness that damages the softer aluminum thread, or insufficient hardness leading to Allen head deformation during tightening. InkMachines specification ensures optimal hardness — sufficient for maintaining long-term tightness, yet compatible with machine materials. The complete kit eliminates the need to search for individual dimensions in specialty stores, where M2x2 or M2x5 availability is often limited.
