Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The InkMachines Allen Key Kit (part no. 51) is the set of 3 original Allen (hex) keys specially designed for servicing and maintaining InkMachines Dragonfly and Stingray rotary machines. The kit contains the three exact metric dimensions needed for all machine disassembly, assembly, and adjustment operations — from adjusting the needle bar retention mechanism to replacing cams and disassembling internal components for deep cleaning. The Allen keys in this kit are manufactured from high-hardness alloy steel, heat-treated to withstand repeated torque moments without deforming or losing their hexagonal geometry. The dimensions are calibrated with exact metric precision to fit without play in the Allen heads of InkMachines screws (M2 and M3), preventing hex head damage — a common problem with generic keys that have wider tolerances or are manufactured in the inch system. An Allen key with approximate (not exact) dimensions may appear to fit but when torque is applied, it slips and rounds the internal edges of the hex head, making the screw impossible to remove later. This kit completely eliminates this risk. It is recommended that any tattoo artist who owns an InkMachines machine have a set of original Allen keys permanently available in their studio.
