Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

InkMachines Oil (part no. 56) is the original lubricant specially formulated for maintaining InkMachines Dragonfly and Stingray rotary machines, a precision product developed to protect and optimize the function of high-performance mechanical components in these Swedish professional machines. The oil formula is calibrated for the optimal viscosity needed by the InkMachines rotary mechanism — fluid enough to penetrate narrow spaces between bearings, cams, and shafts, yet consistent enough to create a stable lubricating film that withstands centrifugal forces and temperatures generated during operation. Regular lubrication with original InkMachines oil significantly extends the lifespan of mechanical components subject to wear: bearings operate more quietly with reduced friction, the cam rotates smoothly without surface micro-wear, and the piston assembly moves without additional resistance that stresses the motor. The original oil is also compatible with the materials in the machine construction — it does not attack seals, O-rings, or surface coatings of anodized aluminum components. Using generic lubricants or oils with unknown composition can cause: seal degradation, viscosity deposits in the rotary mechanism, or chemical reactions with machine materials. Recommended lubrication frequency: one drop on bearings and rotary mechanism every 20-30 operating hours, or at least monthly in professional use. Investing in original InkMachines oil is the most cost-effective form of protection for your machine — a single bottle lasts months and protects components worth many times more. Regular lubrication with the correct product is the difference between a machine operating silently and precisely for years and one that degrades prematurely, requiring costly repairs. The original InkMachines oil leaves no residue and does not decompose under normal usage conditions.
