Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.
Description
The InkMachines Releaser Spring (part no. 63) is the original return spring of the quick release mechanism for InkMachines rotary machines, the precision elastic component that ensures automatic and firm return of the release lever to the locked position after each actuation. This micro-spring is the key safety element of the release mechanism — without it, the release lever would remain in the open position after actuation, leaving the needle bar unlocked and creating a serious risk of accidental needle disengagement during tattooing. Manufactured from high-strength spring steel, heat-treated to maintain constant elastic force across tens of thousands of compression-expansion cycles, the releaser spring stores the energy needed for quick and decisive return of the release lever to position. The spring's elastic rate is factory-calibrated for optimal balance: strong enough to return the lever with force to the locked position (ensuring firm needle bar fixing), yet light enough that lever actuation remains comfortable without excessive effort. A worn spring loses elastic force progressively — the release lever returns slower, remains partially open, or no longer fully locks the needle bar. The original InkMachines part (no. 63) functions as an integral part of the release system together with the release lever (part no. 62) and releaser pin (part no. 64). Spring checking at every service and replacement whenever lever return is no longer instant and firm is recommended. The material quality of the original InkMachines releaser spring is superior to generic springs — the spring steel is selected and heat-treated to maintain consistent elastic properties across tens of thousands of cycles. This translates into consistent and firm release lever return session after session, month after month.
