Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Stingray Standard Motor Assembly InkMachines (part no. 70) is the complete original motor assembly for the InkMachines Stingray pen-style rotary machine in the standard version, the central propulsion component generating the kinetic energy needed to drive the cam and, through it, the needle bar. This precision motor is the heart of the Stingray machine — its quality directly determines the power, consistency, silence, and durability of operation. The standard InkMachines motor is selected and tested to deliver optimal torque at recommended operating voltages, ensuring a powerful and uniform needle stroke regardless of skin resistance encountered. The assembly includes the motor itself with calibrated winding, the output shaft ground to micrometer tolerances, and mounting elements compatible with the motor bracket assembly (part no. 75). Standard motor specifications are optimized for a balance between power and finesse: powerful enough for solid packing and dense lines, yet controllable enough for subtle shading and blending techniques. Signs indicating motor replacement is needed include: progressive power loss (machine no longer penetrates at the same voltage), increased motor noise (not bearing noise), excessive heating, irregular or intermittent operation, and abnormal vibrations transmitted through the machine body. The motor is the most expensive spare part but also the most critical — a degraded motor compromises the entire machine performance. The original InkMachines part guarantees the manufacturer's performance specifications.
