Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Without this washer the screw will leave a mark in the plastic rod and the lash adjustment can be difficult as the screw will want to set in the previously made recess.
Make sure this washer is located between the plastic rod and the rod screw.
The InkMachines Rod Washer (part no. 71) is the original actuating rod washer for InkMachines rotary machines, a precision component functioning as a spacer and load distributor within the mechanism converting rotary motion to linear motion. This micro-dimension washer is placed on the rod assembly where it serves critical functions: evenly distributing axial forces transmitted from the cam through the actuating rod to the needle bar, preventing direct metal-on-metal contact between components of different hardnesses, and maintaining correct spacing between moving elements of the mechanism. Manufactured from precision metal material with surface finished through grinding for minimal roughness, the rod washer is calibrated to the exact thickness specified by InkMachines — a variation of even 0.05mm can modify the drive mechanism geometry, affecting needle stroke and transmitted forces. As a wear part subjected to cyclic dynamic loads at high frequencies (thousands of cycles per minute), the rod washer wears progressively: the surface becomes grooved, thickness reduces unevenly, and material deforms plastically. Signs of wear: increased mechanical noise in the rod area, needle stroke inconsistency, or abnormal vibrations in the drive mechanism. Checking at every mechanism service and replacement together with other rod system wear components (rod assembly — part no. 73) is recommended. The original InkMachines part guarantees correct dimensional tolerances. The original InkMachines part (no. 71) is manufactured with precision tolerances and surface finish impossible to replicate with generic hardware store washers. Investing in an original part is negligible, and the benefits in terms of adjacent component protection and mechanism consistency are significant.
