Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

The Gold Contact Screw 1 is a constructive variant of the contact screw for coil tattoo machines, with distinct design and geometry compared to the standard model, offering the tattoo artist an alternative for customizing machine configuration. This model differs in contact tip profile, adjustment head geometry, or overall dimensions — particularities that subtly but significantly influence the interaction with the contact spring and, consequently, machine behavior. A different-geometry contact tip modifies the spring contact surface: a sharper tip creates a more precise contact point but with faster wear, a more rounded tip distributes contact over a larger surface for increased durability. The adjustment head may have different texture or shape to facilitate fine adjustment with fingers or specific tools. Functionally, the Gold 1 screw fulfills the same critical role: controlling the contact distance that determines the electromagnetic cycle and, consequently, the machine stroke. The gold finish (galvanically gold-plated brass) provides the same advantages of superior electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance. Manufactured from quality brass with galvanic gold coating, with precision threading calibrated for standard coil machine frames. The choice between different contact screw models is a matter of personal preference and working style — many experienced tattoo artists test multiple variants to find the configuration that best suits their technique.
