Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

The 500 ml Transparent Container is the large-capacity variant designed for professional tattoo studios, offering a generous volume for high-consumption substances throughout tattoo sessions: distilled water, diluted green soap cleaning solution, witch hazel, or other auxiliary liquids. The 500 ml capacity significantly reduces refill frequency — an important advantage in long 6-10 hour sessions where logistical interruptions must be minimized. Complete material transparency allows constant liquid level monitoring and visual content identification, facilitating efficient workstation management. Manufactured from pharmaceutical-grade plastic (PET, HDPE, or PP) resistant to the full spectrum of chemical substances used in the tattoo environment — isopropyl alcohol, medical disinfectants, surgical soaps, transfer solutions, and various cleaning preparations. The material is chemically inert, does not leach compounds into stored liquids, and maintains structural integrity throughout repeated reuse with washing and disinfection cycles. The design is stable with a wide base to prevent accidental tipping on crowded workstations. The container neck facilitates both rapid filling and controlled pouring. The 500 ml container is the ideal complement to the 250 ml one — the large one for high-consumption substances, the small one for specialized substances or compact workstations.
