Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

GENERAL WARNINGS
1. Cleaning the sterilizer with ultraviolet is done with a wet cloth, without substances containing acetone or alcohol.
2. The sterilizer is provided with a starter, in case it breaks down and needs to be replaced, make sure that the device is turned off and disconnected from the power source.
3. The sterilizer corresponds to EU Norms, entered into force on 01.01.1997.
HOW TO USE
- Connect the device to the power source and place the utensils you want to sterilize in the box, then close it tightly and press the start button
– Once the UV bulb is lit, the sterilization process begins, which lasts 30 min
- After sterilization, first turn off the device and then remove the instruments from the box
