Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Big Wasp X RM Cartridge Needles are Round Magnum (Magnum Soft Edge) cartridges from Big Wasp's premium X series, engineered for smooth shading and flawless color transitions. The RM configuration differs from standard M1 through its rounded-edge needle arrangement — outer needles are shorter than center ones, creating a curved profile that enables gradual transitions without hard edges. This geometry makes RM the supreme choice for realism, portraits, and any style demanding seamless gradients from deep black to clean skin. Big Wasp's X series features laser welding with tolerances under 0.01mm, a low-profile safety membrane for optimized ink flow, and a quiet return mechanism that reduces fatigue during long sessions. The standard #12 gauge (0.35mm) provides adequate rigidity, while the medium-long taper facilitates smooth penetration without excessive aggressiveness. Universal compatibility with all pen-style machines: Cheyenne Sol Nova, FK Irons Xion, Bishop Fantom, Dragonhawk Mast, and others. Compared to Cheyenne Safety RM, which dominates the premium segment, Big Wasp X RM offers approximately 80% of the performance at under 50% of the price.
