Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.
Description
Biotat Numbing Snow Foam Cleanser
Ideal for the final cleaning of the skin after the tattooing process. It will remove cough residues and plasma. The foam was specially created to reduce redness and alleviate pain. It has mild numbing properties thanks to clove oil, honey and lavender. It acts soothingly and disinfects. Moreover, it should be applied both during and after the tattooing process to alleviate and minimize the redness of irritated skin and to provide relief to tired skin.
FOR ARTISTS: Ideal for final cleansing of the skin, with additional benefits of numbing the area and effectively reducing swelling and redness.
FOR POST-PROCEDURE CARE: Shake well and apply 1-2 times a day.
CONTAINS: Clove oil, Glycerin, Honey, Organic soap, Lavender, Demineralized water.
WARNINGS: Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water if contact occurs. In case of ingestion, seek medical advice. Discontinue use if any skin reaction occurs. Do not use if allergic to eugenol.
