Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The 20G Pink Cannula is a fine-bore peripheral intravenous catheter preferred in piercing procedures requiring minimal tissue trauma and delicate jewelry. The 20 gauge corresponds to an outer needle diameter of 0.9mm and an inner cannula diameter of approximately 0.6mm, creating the smallest practical channel for functional piercing jewelry. The pink color coding is internationally standardized per ISO 10555, enabling immediate gauge identification — essential when working with multiple gauges on the workstation. The outer cannula made from medical-grade PTFE or latest-generation thermoplastic polyurethane offers exceptional flexibility, perfectly adapting to the complex geometry of auricular cartilage and the nasal ala. The inner needle of 304 or 316L surgical-grade stainless steel features an ultra-sharp tri-faceted tip designed for near-painless penetration through thin tissue. The 20G Pink Cannula is the preferred choice for nostril piercings (the most common nose gauge), standard lobes, helix on clients with thin cartilage, forward helix with micro jewelry, and multiple auricular piercings where delicate studs are desired. It is also used in certain aesthetic micropigmentation procedures requiring controlled subcutaneous access.
