Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Cartridge needles
Cheyenne Capillary needles are revolutionary because they retain 10 times more cough than those conventional cartridges. They have an improved needle guidance that allows much greater precision.
Inside the tip of the cartridges there is a capillary with a reservoir, therefore these cartridges absorb more cough.
Cheyenne Capillary needles ensure uniform distribution of the cough on all individual needles, even in large needle configurations such as the magnum ones. As a result, the work surfaces are filled constantly, reliably and above all quickly, which means less trauma for the client's skin.
The needles are 100% passed through microscopic quality control.
In the lower part of the needle, they have colored caps, for easier identification of the needle configuration.
The needles have a patented safety membrane that prevents blood and cough from entering the handle. The sealing of the membrane complies with the requirements of the European standard EN 17169
Cheyenne Capillary are needles manufactured according to medical standards (ISO 13485)
