You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

Yes, Cheyenne Safety M1 works on Dragonhawk Mast Tour without compatibility issues. Mast Tour, while an entry-level machine, has a capable motor that efficiently drives Safety M1 cartridges up to 11M1. For 13M1 and 15M1, Mast Tour may need higher voltages (9-10V) to compensate for the smaller motor. If you frequently use large magnums, invest in a machine with a more powerful motor (Xion, Sol Nova, Fantom). For 7M1-11M1 on Mast Tour, Safety M1 works excellently.
How many Safety M1 cartridges per box?
Each box contains 20 individually wrapped and gamma-sterilized cartridges. Individual packaging includes lot number, expiration date, and sterilization indicator. The outer box has barcode and all CE information. Price per box ranges between 150-210 RON depending on configuration. Larger configurations (13M1, 15M1) may be slightly more expensive. Minimum recommended stock: 2 boxes 9M1 + 1 box 11M1.
