You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Golden rule: if you see visible individual dots instead of homogeneous shading, either voltage is too low or movement is too fast. Build tone progressively with multiple light passes.

Does Safety RS work with diluted ink?
Yes, Safety RS works well with diluted ink for grey washes. The Safety membrane handles medium-thin consistency inks well. Optimal dilution ratios: 1:1 (medium grey), 1:2 (light grey), 1:3 (very light grey). At extreme dilutions (1:4+), flow may become excessive — use lower voltage and faster movements to compensate. Witch hazel is the recommended dilution solvent.
How many RS Safety cartridges for a session?
For a 2-4 hour shading session with RS Safety, prepare 4-8 cartridges. RS wears faster than M1/RM — each needle bears more wear on an RS with fewer needles. Change cartridge every 25-40 minutes of active work. For complex portraits (4-6 hours of shading), prepare 8-12 RS cartridges in a size mix. Never continue with dull needles — quality degrades and trauma increases.
Is Safety RS compatible with Bishop Fantom?
Yes, works perfectly on Bishop Fantom. Optimal voltage on Fantom: 6.5-8V. Fantom's 3.0mm stroke is ideal for RS — provides sufficient travel for controlled shading without excessive penetration. Can Safety RS be used for soft lining?
Like any RS, Safety RS can create soft/blurred lines on small configurations (3RS, 5RS), but it is not the equivalent of an RL. Result: a soft, slightly blurred line with distinct artistic character. Suitable for watercolor, illustrative soft, and sketch tattoo styles. For conventional lining with clear edges, use Safety RL. Some artists intentionally use 3RS Safety for a 'pencil-drawn' outline look highly valued in certain contemporary styles.
What warranty does Cheyenne offer on Safety RS?
Cheyenne guarantees sterility and compliance of each Safety RS as long as packaging is intact and expiration date not passed. Manufacturing defects (bent needles, defective membrane) — contact distributor with lot number for replacement. Defect rate: below 0.1%. Never use a suspect cartridge — report and obtain replacement.
