Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

These disposable tattoo grips are available in three different shapes and sizes - Ergo One Inch, Ergo Round and Ergo Long. The Cheyenne Disposable Grips come in a box of 6 - each grip is sterile and individually packed.
The Cheyenne Disposable Grips are compatible with the HAWK Pen, HAWK Pen Unio (all sizes) and SOL Nova, SOL Nova Unlimited (Ergo Round and Ergo One Inch).
All Cheyenne Capillary Cartridges, Safety Cartridges and Craft Cartridges can be used with these cartridge grips.

Disposable tattoo grips for tattoo pens
The disposable tattoo grips are made of single-use soft touch material and guarantee a perfect hold on your tattoo pen. Unlike other disposable tattoo grips, the Cheyenne Disposable Grips are ergonomically designed and fit perfectly in the hand. With these disposable tattoo grips, you can change the tattoo needles in seconds. To adjust the needle depth, just twist the grip.
The Cheyenne disposable ERGO LONG grip (D-Grip Ergo Long) is the sterile grip with an elongated profile from the Cheyenne disposable range, providing an extended gripping zone compared to ERGO ROUND and ERGO ONE INCH variants. The long profile is designed for artists who prefer to grip with the entire palm, not just fingers — a position that distributes pressure over a larger hand surface, reducing fatigue during long shading and color packing sessions. The extended length also allows more flexibility in gripping position — the artist can alternate between gripping near the machine tip (for precision) and gripping further back (for comfort) without changing the grip. Manufactured from medical-grade plastic, sterile, individually packaged. Discarded after each client — zero autoclaving, zero cross-contamination. Mounts on compatible Cheyenne machines through the standard mechanism. ERGO LONG completes the Cheyenne disposable grip range, addressing artists who feel standard grips are too short and do not provide sufficient hand contact surface.
