Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

The SOL Grips are available in three different sizes - S: 22,0 mm, M: 25,4 mm, L: 33,0 mm.
The Cheyenne SOL Grips are specially designed for the SOL Terra and SOL Luna tattoo machines, but are also compatible with HAWK Thunder and HAWK Spirit.
All Cheyenne Capillary Cartridges, Safety Cartridges and Craft Cartridges can be used with these cartridge grips.

SOL Grips - The adjustable tattoo grips for your SOL tattoo machines
The ergonomic design of these tattoo grips guarantees comfort and easy handling. These cartridge grips can be easily cleaned and covered. Additionally, to the already established Cheyenne grip sizes, the Cheyenne SOL Grips are available in the size L, which is based on the design and feel of the SOL Nova machines.
Warranty
The SOL Grips come with a 12-month warranty.
After a repair you will receive an additional 6 months warranty on the repaired products.
The Cheyenne Sol 33mm Grip is the original L (Large) size grip for Sol Nova and Sol Terra machines, offering the largest available diameter in the Sol range. At 33mm, this grip is designed for maximum comfort during long shading, color packing, and extensive work on large pieces. The generous diameter distributes pressure over a larger hand surface, dramatically reducing muscle fatigue and finger joint tension throughout 6-8 hour sessions. It is the preferred choice of artists who predominantly work realism, Japanese, and large coverage pieces where hours of consecutive shading are the norm. Premium black matte anodized aluminum, excellent grip surface, optimized weight. Autoclavable at 134°C. Strict tolerances for stable mounting on Sol Nova. While 33mm offers superior comfort for shading, it may be less precise for fine lining compared to 22mm or 25mm. Many artists with large hands adopt 33mm as their primary size even for lining, finding that control is not significantly compromised thanks to the overall superior ergonomics.
