Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

The Clipcord Mod Negru (Black Clipcord) is the essential power cable for connecting coil tattoo machines to a power supply unit. Manufactured with high-purity copper wiring and a flexible black silicone jacket, this clipcord ensures stable electrical current transmission without signal loss or interference. The standard length of approximately 1.8 meters provides sufficient freedom of movement during sessions without restricting the artist's range of motion. The clip-style connector attaches firmly to the binding posts of coil machines, while the plug on the opposite end inserts directly into the power supply or foot pedal. Unlike RCA cables used on modern rotary machines, the clipcord remains the standard connection method for traditional coil machines — both liners and shaders. The silicone insulation withstands elevated temperatures and repeated contact with cleaning agents such as Madacide or Green Soap without premature degradation. The material's flexibility prevents internal copper wire breakage, a common issue with cheap PVC-jacketed clipcords. Compatible with all professional power supplies including Cheyenne PU III, Critical CX2, Nemesis, and most generic power supply units with clipcord output. For optimal hygiene, the clipcord must be protected with a disposable clipcord sleeve during every session, in compliance with current sanitary regulations.
