Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

10-liter box with Biohazard bag for biological waste, a complete solution for collecting and disposing of contaminated waste generated in the tattoo studio. The durable corrugated cardboard box is equipped with an interior plastic bag marked with the Biohazard symbol, compliant with regulations for managing hazardous biological waste. The 10-liter capacity is optimally sized for individual studios or those with moderate activity volume — sufficient to collect biological waste from 1-3 weeks of work without occupying excessive space. Biological waste from tattooing includes: contaminated gloves, disposable aprons, protective sleeves, blood and ink-soaked gauze, disposable drapes, and any other material that has contacted the client's blood or biological fluids. Needles and blades are collected separately in the sharps container, not in this box. The interior Biohazard bag prevents liquid leakage and contains odor. The corrugated cardboard box provides structural rigidity for safe transport to the authorized biological waste collection company. The yellow/orange Biohazard symbol is visible on both bag and box, conforming to international standards for hazardous biological waste marking. The tattoo studio is legally required to have an active contract with an authorized biological waste collection company and to use appropriate containers for collection. Non-compliance results in severe DSP penalties. The corrugated cardboard is treated for moisture resistance, maintaining structural integrity even in contact with wet waste. The interior bag has sufficient thickness to prevent puncture from blunt objects (but not sharp ones — needles go in the sharps container). Complete traceability through lot numbering on both box and bag.
