Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Biotek Antique Rose 116 pencil is a PMU pre-drawing instrument in the most delicate and sophisticated shade of the Biotek lip range — an antique, dusty pink with a neutral-warm undertone, reminiscent of dried rose petals. This is the shade for ultra-natural lip blush, almost invisible, designed for clients who want lips that simply look healthier, more full of life, without any trace of apparent makeup. Antique Rose 116 sits at the subtle extreme of the spectrum: if 113 Cherry Red is a red shout, 116 is a pink whisper. It is the preferred pencil for PMU artists specializing in natural beauty, clean girl aesthetic, and no-makeup makeup procedures. The medium-hardness waxy formula allows tracing delicate, almost invisible contours that guide the artist without visually dominating. On skin, 116 simulates exactly the lip color after biting into ripe fruit — natural, warm, inviting pink. Works optimally on fair to medium skin, on lips with naturally light-pink pigmentation. On lips with intense pigmentation or dark skin, 116 may be insufficiently visible — opt for 114 Scarlet Rose. Antique Rose is also the excellent shade for pre-drawing on young clients (18-25) who demand maximum subtlety and for mature clients wanting a natural lip color rejuvenation.
