Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Description
The Biotek Ash Blond 106 pencil is a pre-drawing and mapping instrument for permanent micropigmentation (PMU), manufactured by Biotek Italy — one of the world leaders in PMU equipment and pigments. The Ash Blond shade (106) is a cool-toned ashy blonde, perfectly calibrated for clients with fair skin and cool undertones, natural blonde or graying hair. The pencil is formulated with high-purity cosmetic pigments suspended in a waxy base that allows tracing of fine, precise lines on skin without melting or migrating during the procedure. The sharpened tip with medium hardness provides maximum control when mapping eyebrow shapes, allowing the PMU artist to trace individual strokes thinner than 1mm. The formula is resistant to water and cleaning solutions used throughout the procedure, but removes easily with oil-based makeup remover at completion. Unlike regular cosmetic pencils, Biotek 106 is specifically designed for the PMU environment: it contains no ingredients that could interfere with pigment absorption into the skin, leaves no greasy residue that would impede stencil adhesion, and does not degrade under the halogen light of work lamps. The Biotek range includes 12 shades calibrated for different skin and hair tones, from ashy blonde to intense black, through reds and browns. Ash Blond 106 is the base shade for 60% of European clients with skin phototype I-III. The indispensable instrument for any professional PMU artist who demands pre-drawing precision.
