Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Description
The Biotek Chocolate Brown 115 pencil is a pre-drawing instrument for micropigmentation in a warm chocolate brown shade — a deep, rich brown with a warm reddish undertone evoking quality dark chocolate. Code 115 positions itself between Extreme Brun 109 (very dark brown, nearly black) and Smoked Brown 108 (medium neutral brown), offering an intense brown option with visible warmth. Chocolate Brown is the preferred shade for clients with naturally dark brown hair, warm-medium skin (olive, golden), and dense eyebrows with warm tonality. Unlike 109 which pulls toward neutral-black, 115 maintains a distinct chocolatey warmth that matches more naturally on warm Eastern European and Mediterranean skin tones. The firm-hardness waxy formula allows tracing lines under 1mm, essential for individual stroke pre-drawing in microblading and nano brows techniques. Resistance to anesthetic solutions and disinfectants is excellent, allowing the pre-draw to remain visible throughout the complete procedure. Chocolate Brown 115 is also an excellent choice for lip procedures on clients with naturally dark lip pigmentation (brown-pink) where a natural chocolate brown lip liner shade can create an elegant subtle contour.
