Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Biotek Intense Rose 111 pencil is a professional pre-drawing instrument for PMU lip procedures, manufactured by Biotek Italy, in a vibrant intense pink shade with cool undertones. Code 111 represents the strongest and most visible pink in the Biotek range — a pure pink without orange or violet undertones, delivering a clear statement on lips. This shade is the first choice for clients with fair skin and cool undertones (porcelain, pink) who want a lip blush in vivid pink tones or an intense pink full lip. Intense Rose also works excellently as a pre-draw for post-mastectomy areola reconstruction procedures, where the natural pink areola tone must be precisely simulated. The medium-hardness waxy formula allows tracing fine lines on the lip contour, defining Cupid's bow, and sketching color gradients for lip blush — without migrating into perioral wrinkles. High-purity cosmetic pigments ensure clear visibility on all fair and medium skin tones, resist topical anesthetic solutions and disinfectants, yet remove easily with oil-based makeup remover.
