Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Biotek Mud Blond 107 pencil is a professional pre-drawing instrument for permanent micropigmentation, manufactured by Biotek Italy, in a warm blonde shade with a golden-brown undertone. Code 107 represents the second tone in the Biotek blonde range, positioned between Ash Blond 106 (cool) and Smoked Brown 108 (neutral-dark), offering a warm option for clients with warm skin undertones — peach, golden, or ivory complexions with warm nuances. The medium-hardness waxy formula allows tracing of fine lines under 1mm on skin, essential for simulating individual eyebrow strokes in the pre-drawing technique. High-purity cosmetic pigments resist throughout the entire PMU procedure without wiping off on contact with anesthetic solutions, disinfectants, or perspiration. Mud Blond 107 is the preferred shade for clients with medium blonde, honey blonde, or golden blonde hair — it provides a warm, natural pre-draw that faithfully simulates the final micropigmentation result. Unlike standard cosmetic pencils that melt and migrate on skin heated by halogen lamps, Biotek 107 maintains dimensional stability throughout the 2-3 hour procedure. The pencil contains no ingredients that interfere with pigment absorption, leaves no greasy film, and removes completely with oil-based makeup remover.
