Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Description
The Biotek Pompeian Red 110 pencil is the first in the Biotek Italy red range, specially designed for pre-drawing PMU lip procedures — lip blush, lip liner, and full lip color. The Pompeian Red shade is a warm, classic red with a terracotta undertone, inspired by the deep reds of ancient Pompei frescoes. This is the reference shade for warm-undertone lips: it works excellently on lips with natural pink-peach pigmentation, on clients with warm skin tones, and on lips with naturally well-defined contours. The pencil allows the PMU artist to precisely trace the lip contour, define Cupid's bow, and sketch the color gradient for lip blush — all before touching the pigment. The client can thus visualize the final result and request adjustments to shape, thickness, and symmetry. The Biotek-specific waxy formula resists throughout the procedure without migrating into fine perioral wrinkles, does not interfere with pigment absorption, and removes completely with oil-based makeup remover. Pompeian Red 110 distinguishes itself from cooler shades (Cherry Red 113) and pinker ones (Intense Rose 111) through its natural warmth — it pulls neither violet nor orange. It is the safe choice shade for 70% of lip procedures on fair to medium-toned clients. Manufactured in Italy by Biotek S.r.l., dermatologically tested, CE 1223/2009 compliant, cruelty-free.
