Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Biotek Scarlet Rose 114 pencil is a PMU pre-drawing instrument in a warm pink-red shade, manufactured by Biotek Italy — a versatile feminine color situated at the border between pink and red, with a delicate coral undertone. Scarlet Rose 114 is one of the most popular shades in the Biotek lip range because it offers a universal preview — it works across a wide range of skin tones without appearing too pink or too red. This is the your lips but better shade amplified: it simulates the natural color of healthy, youthful lips with an elegant intensification. Ideal for clients wanting a natural-enhanced lip blush — lips that appear full of natural color, not made up. The Biotek waxy formula with medium hardness allows tracing fine contours and subtle gradients, resists throughout the PMU procedure, and removes completely with oil-based makeup remover. Unlike Intense Rose 111 (pure cool pink) or Pompeian Red 110 (warm terracotta red), Scarlet Rose 114 occupies the middle ground — warmer than 111, pinker than 110, with a vivacity that does not intimidate. Works excellently on fair to medium skin, phototype I-IV, on both warm and neutral undertones. It is the most versatile lip pencil alongside Venetian Red 112.
