Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Biotek Venetian Red 112 pencil is a PMU pre-drawing instrument in a Venetian red shade — a deep, sophisticated red with a slightly dusty warm undertone, inspired by the classic red pigments of the Venetian Renaissance. This is the perfect intermediate shade between Pompeian Red 110 (warm terracotta red) and Cherry Red 113 (cool cherry red), offering a balanced red that works across a wide range of skin tones. Venetian Red 112 is chosen by PMU artists who want a sophisticated lip pre-draw with chromatic depth — not as orange as 110, not as violet as 113, but a true classic red. It is particularly suited for full lip color and defined lip liner procedures, where the client wants an elegant red, not a pink or coral. The Biotek waxy formula with medium hardness allows tracing fine lines on the lip contour, resists throughout the 2-3 hour procedure, and does not interfere with pigment absorption. The shade works optimally on neutral and warm skin, phototype II-IV, and on clients with medium-pink natural lip pigmentation. For very fair skin with cool undertones, 113 Cherry Red may provide a more faithful preview. Manufactured by Biotek Italy, CE 1223/2009 compliant, dermatologically tested, cruelty-free.
