Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Black tattoo patch bandage in the 10-piece pack is the professional absorbent dressing specifically designed for covering fresh tattoos immediately after the session. The black color serves a precise functional purpose: it masks ink and blood stains that inevitably appear in the first hours after tattooing, giving the client a clean and discreet appearance instead of traditional white dressings that visibly stain. Each bandage features a central absorbent layer that captures exudate, excess ink, and surplus ointment during the critical first hours of healing, maintaining the fresh tattoo in a protected yet breathable environment. The hypoallergenic adhesive border ensures secure fixation on skin without causing irritation or leaving adhesive residue upon removal. The bandage size is optimized for small and medium-sized tattoos — the most frequent in studio practice. For large tattoos, multiple bandages can be slightly overlapped. The outer material is impermeable to bacteria and particles but allows water vapor to pass through, preventing excessive moisture buildup under the bandage that could promote infections. The 10-piece pack is ideal for independent artists or as starter stock. Each bandage is individually packaged in a sterile envelope.
