Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Formula identical to the 240ml variant — high concentration of cosmetic-grade Titanium Dioxide, more opaque than standard Dynamic White but more fluid and easier to handle than Heavy White. Triple White 30ml is the perfect choice for artists using white moderately (predominantly black-and-gray work with selective highlights), for testing Triple White performance before studio purchase, and for travel kits. The consistency allows use with all needle configurations from 3RL to 15M1, at voltages of 8-9.5V. Highlights applied with Triple White heal with approximately 15-25% intensity loss, remaining visible and neutral (no yellowing). Essential in color pieces for light reflections, highlights on metallic or aquatic elements, and graphic white details.
