Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

The EBERHARD Faber Orange Marker is the enhanced visibility variant from the German quality pre-drawing marker range, designed for tattoo artists who work on medium skin tones where blue loses contrast. The orange color offers a distinct chromatic alternative that clearly stands out from skin tone and tattoo ink, facilitating precise design navigation across extended areas. EBERHARD Faber, with its 250+ year tradition in writing instruments, guarantees ink consistency and tip durability. The water-based ink is non-toxic and safe for short-duration skin contact. Orange is particularly useful in the following situations: on olive or medium skin tone (Fitzpatrick III-IV) where blue becomes poorly visible, for differentiating guide lines from other markings (blue = contour, orange = shading, for example), and in color tattoos where orange does not confuse with other design colors. The tip produces medium-thickness lines suitable for general contours. It wipes off with isopropyl alcohol or soap. The marker is not single-use but is disinfected between clients.
