Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The 120 ml Empty Bottle is the medium-capacity variant designed for storing and dispensing liquids used in the tattooing process, offering double the volume compared to the 60 ml bottle for higher-consumption substances or longer-term storage. The 120 ml volume represents the optimal compromise between compactness and capacity — large enough to cover the needs of dozens of tattoo sessions for base inks (black, grey wash), yet small enough to remain portable in the guest spot kit or on the organized workstation. The bottle is ideal for: storing high-consumption base inks, preparing and storing grey wash mixes in various tones, storing concentrated cleaning solutions, and as a transport container for frequently used substances at guest spots. Manufactured from pharmaceutical-grade plastic or glass, the bottle offers complete chemical resistance to inks, pigments, alcohol, disinfectants, and other tattoo environment substances. The dispensing system (flip-top cap, dropper, or threaded) allows precise control of distributed quantity. The bottle mouth facilitates both easy filling and controlled pouring without waste. Sold empty, without contents, to be filled by the tattoo artist with the preferred substance. Reusable with appropriate cleaning cycle between different uses.
