Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Eternal Dark Red 30ml is a deep, intense, and profound red from Eternal Ink's Standard Colors collection, delivering a red shade with dramatic depth — darker than Crimson Red but warmer than Deep Red. Dark Red is the color of fresh blood, intense red wine, and mature roses — a red with substance and weight that commands attention without stridency. Eternal's proprietary formula uses premium organic pigments selected to deliver a stable dark red that does not shift toward brown or violet after healing — maintaining its deep red identity long-term. The creamy consistency allows excellent saturation in 2-3 passes, with consistent and predictable flow through any needle configuration.
