Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Eternal Ink Gray Wash Dark 30ml is the darkest tone in Eternal's three-shade gray wash series, designed to provide an intense and consistent gray, ready to use, without the need for manual dilution. The pre-calibrated formula combines purified Carbon Black pigments with Eternal's proprietary water-based carrier in a precise ratio that delivers the same dark gray shade in every bottle, lot after lot. This completely eliminates the inevitable variability of manual dilution — every artist who mixes black with water gets a different gray each time. Gray Wash Dark is the level closest to pure black in the system, ideal for deep shading, creating dramatic contrast, and the first layers of transitions from black toward medium tones. It works perfectly in combination with Gray Wash Medium and Gray Wash Light to create a full gray spectrum in black-and-gray realism, portraits, and neo-traditional work. The consistency is fluid and easy to handle — it pours perfectly into caps, flows uniformly through all needle configurations, and does not clog tubes or cartridges. 100% vegan formulation, EU REACH compliant, gamma-sterilized. Compared to gray wash inks from Intenze or World Famous, Eternal Gray Wash Dark offers superior tonal neutrality — it does not shift toward blue or brown, maintaining a pure neutral gray when healed. Works excellently with Round Magnum and Curved Magnum for fluid shading. The 30ml bottle provides enough ink for 15-25 sessions. Shake gently for 30 seconds before use.
