Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Fusion Ink Opaque Gray Extra Dark 30ml is the most intense tone in Fusion's five-shade opaque gray range, positioned between pure dark gray and solid black. Extra Dark provides opaque coverage that approaches black but with enough differentiation to create visible contrast next to pure black, making it indispensable in complex pieces with multiple shadow levels. The formula combines a high proportion of Carbon Black with a minimal amount of Titanium Dioxide, resulting in a very dark gray with complete opacity — it is not transparent like a dark gray wash and not pure black like Maxx Black. This intermediate tone is crucial in styles like traditional Japanese where shadows have distinct layers, in neo-traditional where backgrounds vary from gray to black, and in ornamental blackwork where subtle dark gray nuances add depth. The medium-thick consistency allows constant flow through M1 and RM configurations at voltages of 8-9V. Fusion Ink is recognized for color longevity in skin — pigments remain stable for years without significant degradation. The five-tone Opaque Gray range is the most complete opaque gray offering in the industry, completely eliminating the need for manual mixing.
