Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Fusion Ink Opaque Gray Extra Light 30ml is the lightest tone in Fusion's five-shade opaque gray range, delivering a very pale gray with complete opacity — a unique product on the market that combines the luminosity of a light gray wash with the covering power of an opaque pigment. Unlike Eternal Gray Wash Light which is semi-transparent and builds tones through layering, Fusion Opaque Gray Extra Light covers completely in a single pass with a delicate but solid gray. This property makes it ideal for uniform light gray backgrounds in illustrative pieces, opaque highlight areas in neo-traditional, and skin fills in stylized portraits where transparency is not desired. The formula contains a dominant proportion of Titanium Dioxide with a minimal amount of Carbon Black, creating a gray that is nearly white but with enough black pigment to be distinctly visible on skin. The fluid consistency allows easy application, and the opacity guarantees uniformity without multiple passes. The complete Fusion Opaque Gray range (Extra Light, Light, Medium, Dark, Extra Dark) offers the broadest opaque gray spectrum in the industry. EU REACH compliant, sterilized, manufactured in the USA. The 30ml bottle is the standard format. The least frequently used tone in the range due to specific applicability, the 30ml bottle typically lasts 20-40 sessions. Can be mixed with other Opaque Gray tones in caps. Shake well for 60-90 seconds before use. Available individually or in the complete 5-tone set. Store at room temperature, away from light.
