Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Fusion Ink Opaque Gray Light 30ml is the second lightest tone in Fusion's five-shade opaque gray range, delivering a light gray with complete opacity that sits between Extra Light and Medium. This tone is the opaque equivalent of a light gray wash, but with solid covering power that eliminates the need for layering. The formula combines Titanium Dioxide and Carbon Black in a ratio that creates a visible yet delicate light gray, ideal for transition areas, airy backgrounds, and uniform pale gray fills in neo-traditional and illustrative styles. Unlike transparent gray washes where tone intensity varies with pressure and number of passes, Fusion Opaque Gray Light delivers the same saturation regardless of application technique — which simplifies the process and guarantees uniformity. The fluid consistency allows smooth application with all rotary and pen-style machine types at moderate voltages of 7-8.5V. Works optimally with Round Magnum and Curved Magnum for large surfaces, and Flat Shader for details. Fusion Ink is recognized for exceptional pigment longevity in skin, with minimal fade over the years.
