Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

We are present the first Dynamic Color artist collaborative ink. This labor of love has been 2 years in the making. Dynamic Color, along with world renowned tattoo artist, entrepreneur, and fine artist Joaquin Ganga to bring you GANGA x DYNAMIC BLACK. As a career long user of Dynamic, it only made sense that Ganga would look to us to partner on his newest endeavor. As Spain is so near and dear to Ganga, it was most important to him that this product be completely REACH compliant for use throughout Europe and beyond while still having the quality and consistency of our original formula.
