Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Apply during tattooing and as an aftercare 2-3 times a day until healed and for keeping the skin moisturised and healthy. For a softer butter keep at room temperature, as with all butters they go harder when cold. Any grain in the butter is due to unrefined butter used and will melt on the skin. Use within 6 Months of opening.
