Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Blue disposable arm sleeves, set of 10 pieces, protective equipment for the tattoo artist's arms during work sessions. The sleeves cover the entire arm from wrist to above the elbow, protecting the artist's skin and clothing from ink, blood, and biological fluid splashes that inevitably reach the arms during tattooing. Manufactured from waterproof PE (polyethylene) or TNT (non-woven) material, lightweight and elastic, with elastic bands at both ends ensuring comfortable fit without sliding or restricting blood circulation. The blue color aesthetically integrates with the rest of the professional protective equipment — blue gloves, blue apron, blue bouffant caps — creating the unified clinical appearance of the modern studio. Sleeves are the essential complement to the disposable apron: the apron protects the torso, the sleeves protect the arms. Together, they provide nearly complete coverage of the exposed area. They are particularly important during intense shading and color packing sessions, where ink splashing is more pronounced, and during procedures on areas that bleed heavily. As a single-use product, sleeves are discarded after each session, completely preventing cross-contamination. The set of 10 pairs covers 1-2 weeks of work.
