Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Shoe covers are worn over the client's or artist's footwear to prevent studio floor contamination with dirt, bacteria, and particles brought from the street, and vice versa — they protect footwear from potential contamination on the studio floor. Manufactured from non-woven PP (polypropylene) material, tear-resistant, with a perimeter elastic band ensuring secure fit on any type of footwear from street shoes to sneakers and boots. The standard blue color integrates with the professional studio's clinical aesthetic. Shoe covers are a mandatory requirement in many professional studios and medical offices, demonstrating the space's hygiene level to clients. They are particularly important in studios located on the ground floor or basement, where the floor is more susceptible to external contamination. Use is simple: the client puts on shoe covers when entering the work area and discards them in the dedicated bin when leaving.
